L'Arena Steakhaus in Cologne

There were four of us in this restaurant. We ordered 4x the entrecôte in different sizes and cooking points. In contrast to other steak houses, everything was perfect. The cooking point of all steaks was hit. It was a real culinary delight. Great roasted aromas and top quality meat. The fries served were crispy and potato-like and the baked potatoes had a rich sauce. The fried onions, which looked like spaghetti, were also great. I will definitely come back. A clear recommendation.

The portions are large, the steak mega good, prices are upper middle class, but absolutely justified. Staff is quick and friendly. Small deduction: the chicken was a little dry. Otherwise - highly recommended!

Very good steaks, friendly service and quite affordable. The portions are huge, the beer tastes good and the ambience invites you to linger. A small note on the side, which does not lead to devaluation: the service staff in a steak house should already know whether the steaks are prepared medium or rare or whatever.

The quality of the meat was miserable, as was the way it dealt with the guests, from the owner to the waitress, as well as a poor craft from the cook, who by the way shook hands vigorously at the height of the Corona crisis, a gentleman who entered the restaurant from the street , from the window in the kitchen where he was standing, in which he prepared salads, our ordered dishes and other raw dishes.

Me and my boyfriend were eating there today. I had ordered a 300g fillet steak with foil potato, and he also had a mixing plate with fillet. After eating a piece, I felt like I had to chew gum. The unfriendly waitress then had the Turkish chef come in, who took a knife and pressed on my friend's steak, and said that was a good thing. After everything stopped, I said numbers. We were fully charged the 80.- € no accommodation, let alone an apology. Will not enter this place in this life!

Delicious food. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The service very friendly and attentive. Only the price is decent. But if you don't let that put you off, please your stomach and palate :-) During the week you can easily find a table with a larger group.

We love to go there. The dishes are delicious and the portions are tidy. Steakhouse unusual dishes such as schnitzel or fish are pre-made. But everything that means steak or fillet is great. The cooking points are usually correct. All in all great.

The restaurant L'Arena offers a nice ambience with its beautifully designed premises. The lighting is also positive. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use the opportunity to have nice and comfortable food there. The staff are probably ups and downs. You can park in the environment.

The quality of the meat has decreased a lot. We've been back there a long time, but we're not going to go there that fast anymore. The service and the welcome from the boss of the house has not diminished.

The food and service were awesome. Can get busy even during the week, so may want to book for larger numbers. The daily special I had was excellent value for money and was huge! Bread and salad to start, 3 large steaks (different cuts) cooked beatifully with a baked potato and sour cream. Will be going again this week!
